For 5 points, you must eat at least 15 different fruits and vegetables before January 31. These must be mouthfuls of fruits and vegetables, not just a nibble of apricot, or single pea in a bowl of soup.

I am assuming "mouthful" = serving. As in I have to eat the serving of fruit or veggie that I take not 8.75 bites of an apple because it filled my mouth a couple of times.

Serving, yes. That'll do. And you can even count the peas in soup if you have that soup - or soups with peas in them - multiple times throughout the month.
You be the judge of what you consider an honest attempt at 15 different fruits and vegetables.
(8.75 bites...has someone been counting foods down to the bite?!)
