Wednesday: WALK - outdoors at 9:00 PM; 2 miles; 27:28.89 minutes; temps in low 40's; calm to no wind; left knee has been sore the past few weeks - don't know if from lack of exercise or what: need to keep an eye on it as I start back exercising with more frequency
Thursday: rest
Friday: rest
Saturday: rest
